I am using Kearsoy wax with Stearin harder
My issue is moulds. They r all cut for ease of access but I can’t seal them to use again. Tried bands, holding together and tilting but just leaks everywhere.
Also struggling to get candle out

The crystal like effect naturally occurs with Palm Wax, and will turn out better by insulating your molds as shown above.

Pillar palm waxes, such as the Feather Palm, naturally shrink when they cool and should release from the molds on their own. If you have trouble getting them out, you can try lubricating the molds before pouring with Silicone Spray or non-flavored cooking spray.

Interesting tutorial. There aren’t many on working with palm wax. About the scent, are there any specific scents that work better than others with palm wax?
